Athletes must pick up their packet and drop off their run gear on Saturday at Windsor High School to compete on Sunday. There is no Sunday morning packet pick up.

2:00 PM - Session #1: Mandatory Saturday packet pick up and run gear drop off at Windsor High School (T2/Finish)
3:00 PM - Session #2: Mandatory Saturday packet pick up and run gear drop off at Windsor High School (T2/Finish)
4:00 PM - Session #3: Mandatory Saturday packet pick up and run gear drop off at Windsor High School (T2/Finish)
Athletes should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. Those who arrive late for a session, will have to wait for the next one.

7:00 AM - Athlete Packet Pickup & Transition Area Open
7:40 AM - Athlete Packet Pickup Closes & Mandatory Youth Athlete and Parent meeting @ Finish Arch
7:45 AM - Transition Area Closes & Head To Start - Sprint & Youth Sprint Events
7:50 AM - Swim Warm-Up - Sprint & Youth Sprint Events
8:00 AM - Start - Sprint & Youth Sprint Events
8:05 AM - Transition Area Closes & Head To Start - Olympic Events
8:10 AM - Swim Warm-Up - Olympic Events
8:20 AM - Swim Cut Off Time - Sprint & Youth Sprint Athletes
8:20 AM - Start - Olympic Events
9:10 AM - Swim Cut Off Time - Olympic Athletes
9:30 AM - Sprint Awards & Youth Sprint - Overall Top 3 M/F
11:00 AM - Bike Cut Off Time - All Athletes
11:20 AM - Olympic Awards - Overall Top 3 M/F
1:00 PM - Finish - All Athletes
Shuttle Buses. Shuttle buses will run from Windsor High School to Johnson’s Beach to reunite athletes with their vehicles at 11 AM, 12 PM & 1:15 PM. These shuttles are exclusively for athletes and do not accommodate bike transport. We encourage athletes to coordinate with friends and family to make logistics as convenient as possible on race morning.
